This is the first edition in a new series of NOC cards based on comic book culture.
These limited edition cards are based on super heroes and this deck is in blue and red with a special X-Ray card included for fun effect.
Printed in the US by USPCC these are marked for suit like other NOC decks.
A limited run was printed and these will not be made again, grab a deck while you can!
